Disposition: Ahri is naturally an empathetic, kind person. While she would very much dispute the extent of those traits, when it comes down to it, all Ahri wants to do is help people. She also strives to understand those who are different from her... and sometimes, it happens extremely begrudgingly. Ahri, at her core, is someone who embraces the abilities and powers she has and uses them to help people. Ahri knows she isn't perfect and that she can't possibly help or save everyone, but she sure tries. As far as Ahri's concerned, if she can do something but refuses or fails to, that's tantamount to absolute failure. There are precious few things Ahri dislikes more than exploiting those who are weaker or less powerful; leaders who willingly and frequently harm their people are some of the worst people.

Ahri isn't immune to her petty moments, though. If she's especially tired or worn out, she'll grumble and complain. In the end, she'll do whatever she needs to. It's one of the reasons she's so well-known--Ahri has a reputation for helping anyone who approaches her. She's not without her weaknesses, either. Ahri tends to, often, take on too much--whether it be simple fetch quests or going into a dungeon to fight battles that aren't even her own, she's your girl. Some part of her is certainly bothered by the fact that people sometimes expect her to help them right off the bat, but in the end, all Ahri wants to do is help.

So Ahri's determined, certainly to a fault. She tends not to give up, even when she's at her worst, even when she's worn down. It doesn't help that there are so many threats in her world. Ahri's accepted that she's always going to be Eorzea's errand girl, but she doesn't know, exactly, how she feels about it. After all, had it not been for her, Ahri feels like some people would be still alive. It's possibly a self-centered thought, but it's one she falls back on in her quieter moments. She carries a lot of guilt for the friends she's lost, the people she couldn't help, the enemies she's slain. Ahri is, after all, extremely empathetic; she recognizes they all had their reasons for doing what they've done. These insecurities and fears and bad memories that play on repeat when she's alone--those are all things that she keeps tucked away. She'd rather not show her weaknesses, so she internalizes them. A flaw, to be sure, but it's what she's always done.

Finally, Ahri is extremely protective. Ahri's always been drawn easily to people, and she values her bonds more than anything, even her own health. She's always been protective, but it's only intensified with how many friends she's lost. Sometimes she can come across as overbearing, but she tries to balance that with teasing and a sense of humor when things get too heavy. She doesn't want to scare anyone away, after all... but if you hurt the people she's even vaguely fond of, she will beat you over the head with her grimoire.

Suitability: Ahri will absolutely love Noctium. After going turbo for so long, and after enduring a lot of bad stuff, Ahri's going to be excited to have a break. It helps that time is frozen back home; otherwise, she'd have words with the gods here. Her duties are still important to her, but sometimes, a girl just wants to cuddle and kiss people. And sleep, for a very long time. Ahri has no hangups about sex, and she forges bonds easily, so Synchrony won't be an issue at all. Of course, she'll also be an errand girl here in her own way, but she'll take it easier here. (... Probably.) While it'll take some time to get used to the technology here, once she gets that down? She'll definitely live it up. Noctium will be an absolute paradise, especially for a worn-out Warrior of Light.

Condition upon arrival: Emotionally worn out and trying to work through all the trauma and loss she's endured, but healthy.

      Abilities:
Summoner: Allows Ahri to summon "egi" forms of primals. These are basically the primals' essences bound to her will, allowing her to use them to fight alongside her. She can use debuffs, healing magic, and offensive magic. Ahri's egi of choice is Ifrit-egi--so lots of fire. She's also capable of summoning Garuda-egi (wind), Titan-egi (earth), Demi-Bahamut (a big, powerful dragon), and Demi-Phoenix (more fire).

Scholar: A class closely related to Summoner. Ahri can summon forth a faerie to heal her allies. While she does have a few debuffs and attack spells, Scholar is largely a defensive/healing class.

Machinist: A physical ranged class. Basically, Ahri can deliver devastating attacks with a gun, bind her targets, heal herself, and make her allies go fast.

Echo: Ahri has the power to peer into others' memories and can gain insight into another's soul. The Echo also allows Ahri to understand (but not speak) all languages, and it serves as protection against primals--that is, she can't be controlled by them, unlike those without the Echo.

Disciple of the Hand and Land: While she's dabbled in pretty much all the gathering/crafting classes, Ahri's favorites are Botanist (gathering plants and critters), Weaver (she can make sweet threads!), and Culinarian (she can make some tasty, tasty food).

Azem's crystal: Allows Ahri to call forth allies.

Kojin Blessing: She can breath underwater and dive real deep!

Inventory: Azem's crystal; job stones for Scholar, Summoner, and Machinist; her grimoire and codex and gun, weapons for Summoner, Scholar, and Machinist; the clothes on her back.

      Gembond: Ruby
      Gem Location: Her lower stomach
